Chelsea Treboniak is the president of Critical Ops. She launched the company in 2012 in Twinsburg, Ohio after serving as a Captain in the United States Army with the 82d Airborne. Her passion for teamwork and group dynamics led to the development of programs to identify, analyze, and reduce an organization’s risk. Since then, she has grown the one-person enterprise to six core employees supporting multiple contractors and a network of dozens more associates across the country. Chelsea graduated from The United States Military Academy at West Point with a B.S. in Management. She completed the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Business Program with awards in presentation effectiveness. Her education and experience prepared her to lead a remote, multigenerational team to success.
Chelsea serves on the Supervisory Committee for the Credit Union National Association (CUNA) and SAFE Federal Credit Union in South Carolina. Additionally, she has been a Panel Member for the National Academies of Science Transportation Research Board (TRB), Airport Cooperative Research Program (ACRP). She was the Entrepreneurial Mentor for Notre Dame University during the National Science Foundation Innovation Corp (I-CORP) program. When she’s not leading the charge for Critical Ops, she’s exploring Ohio with her family.
