				How many staff members can I have at my booth? 
You have two complimentary badges for your staff. Additional staff will need to purchase a ticket to the conference. 
Is electricity an extra charge? 
No. A standard wall outlet voltage (120 volts) is included in the cost of your booth. Higher voltages are not available.
Is there WiFi available?
Yes. There is a free conference WiFi for all attendees. Should you need a dedicated WiFi signal, please plan to self-support.
Can I sell products at my booth?
No. Retail sales (takeaway purchases) are not permitted at this event. You may, however, take orders, demonstrate products, or arrange post-event sales.
When can I set my booth up? 
Wednesday, May 27 from noon – 4 p.m.; Thursday, May 28 from 7 a.m. to 8 a.m. 
When can I break down my booth?
Friday, May 29 from noon – 2 p.m.
What are the exhibit floor hours?
Thursday, May 28 from 8 a.m. – 6 p.m.; Friday, May 29 from 8 a.m. – noon.
Can I attend the conference sessions?
Yes. Please have your name badge visible. 
Where can I park my car to load and unload my booth?
Exhibitors have access to the main parking garage next to the main conference room. There is a commercial elevator in the parking garage and inside the CSU student center.

				If your organization or company is interested in holding a meeting, or other event in conjunction with CIM 2026, please email info@criticalops.com and let us know your needs. There are a number of rooms available on campus that may be able to accommodate your needs.
					 Exhibitor Guidelines 
							
			
			
		
						
				1. Booth Setup and Assignment:
Booth Allocation: Booths are assigned based on registration order and payment status. Special requests will be considered but are not guaranteed.
Setup Hours: Exhibitors may set up according to the exhibitor schedule on this page. All booths must be fully set up by 8 a.m. on May 28, 2026.
Booth Specifications: Each booth includes 10×10 ft space, one 6 ft table, two chairs, electricity, WiFi, and basic lighting. Additional equipment or services must be requested in advance and may incur fees.
Display Restrictions: Displays must not exceed 8 ft high or obstruct neighboring booths. All signage must remain within the assigned booth space.
2. Vendor Responsibilities
Staffing: Booths must be staffed at all times during event hours. Staff must wear business casual attire and name badges.
Conduct: Exhibitors must maintain a professional demeanor, refrain from aggressive sales tactics, and respect other vendors and attendees.
Merchandise and Services: Products, demos, services, and other materials displayed within and exhibitors assigned space must align with the general theme, topics, and audience of the event, as determined by Critical Ops. Retail products may not be sold on-site.
Cleanliness: Exhibitors are responsible for keeping their booth area clean and free of debris. Trash must be disposed of in designated areas.
3. Event Rules
Compliance: Exhibitors must comply with all venue rules, local laws, and fire safety regulations (e.g., no open flames, proper use of extension cords).
Noise and Media: Audio or visual displays must not disrupt neighboring booths. Approval for amplified sound or large screens is required.
Food and Beverage: Food or beverage distribution by vendors is not authorized except for pre-wrapped candy or other like items.
No Early Breakdown: Booths must remain operational until 11 a.m. on May 29, 2026. Early breakdown is prohibited without organizer approval.
4. Payment and Cancellation
Payment: Full payment for booth fees is due within 30 days of invoice. Failure to pay by this date may result in booth reassignment.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations before February 15, 2026 receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued on or after February 16, 2026. All cancellations must be submitted in writing.
No Subletting: Exhibitors may not sublet or share booth space without prior written consent from the event organizer.
5. Liability and Insurance
Liability: Exhibitors are responsible for any damage to the venue or other booths caused by their actions or displays. Critical Ops is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to exhibitor property.
Insurance: Exhibitors must be able to provide proof of general liability insurance naming Critical Ops as an additionally insured upon request. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Exhibitors acknowledges that it has sufficient assets to self-insure Critical Ops against possible future losses related to or arising out of this Agreement.
6. Move-Out
Teardown: Exhibitors may begin dismantling booths at 11 a.m. on May 29, 2026. All materials must be removed by 2 p.m. on May 29, 2026.
Waste Removal: Exhibitors must remove all materials, including trash, from their booth. A cleaning fee may be charged for non-compliance.

By participating in CIM, exhibitors agree to adhere to these guidelines. Failure to comply may result in removal from the event without refund and/or exclusion from future events.
