JA Career Walk at JA Inspire 2026

Many young people lack access to meaningful career mentorship at home. Hosted by Junior Achievement of Greater Cleveland, the JA Career Walk, part of the annual JA Inspire program, bridges that gap by connecting 8th–12th grade students with caring business professionals and educators. This hands-on career exploration event helps students envision their place in the local economy, discover pathways that include them, and make informed choices about high school coursework to build toward rewarding futures.

We are excited to participate as an exhibitor at this impactful event, bringing an engaging, interactive booth focused on the exciting world of drones and drone pilot careers.

Event Details:

• March 18, 2026: Dedicated to 8th grade students – perfect for early exposure to spark interest in STEM and aviation careers.
• March 19, 2026: Focused on high school students – ideal for deeper discussions on training, certifications, and job opportunities.
• Location: Lorain County Community College

At our booth, students will get up-close, hands-on opportunities to:

• Explore real drones and see them in action through safe demonstrations.
• Learn about the day-to-day life of a drone pilot.
• Discover career pathways, required skills (e.g., FAA Part 107 certification, technical knowledge, safety protocols), growing industries (agriculture, real estate, inspection, public safety, filmmaking), and how high school choices in math, science, and technology can lead to these high-demand roles.
• Ask questions and get inspired by professionals in the field.

JA Inspire emphasizes interactive, engaging exhibits to make career exploration memorable—our drone-focused booth aligns perfectly, helping students “see it to be it” in innovative tech careers.

This coalition-led event (educators + industry partners) builds the future workforce by showing students local opportunities and their stake in the economy.
